[Resolved] Samsung India — Delay in product repair | |||
My Samsung washing machine wasn't functioning properly so I called up samsung customer service who booked my complaint against this no. [protected]. The technician who examined the product assured me that after ordering the machine parts from a nearby city he would fix my machine. More than 10 days have passed with no avail and when i called up that same guy he picked it up and then put it down deliberately. Such an audacity was not expected and now I am helpless.
