[Resolved] Samsung India — Delayed installation of TV, installation due date crossed | |||||
I have bought a Samsung TV which was delivered on Thursday and Installation completion due date was 1st july. Till today(3rd july) none called us from Samsung india to get the installation done. I got a message from Samsung india mentioning the Service order no:[protected] and the assigned engineer's name and mobile number. Assigned service center is in barrackpur. But that assigned service engineer is denying duty saying that Samsung has not intimated him anything on this order number. Not sure why this gap is? I am waiting for the installation to be done.
