[Resolved] Samsung India — Delaying repair to avoid warranty time frame | |||||
That my AC stopped cooling in the month of September 2016 and accordingly it was repaired by Samsung authorised Service Centre and it was intimated to me that the outdoor unit condenser has a leakage which requires replacement and accordingly the product was taken to Samsung workshop. After paid service of labor, gas recharge and transportation service of the same it was returned back to me in the month of December when the winter season had already set in and accordingly I could not check the functioning of AC. I was informed that the leakage in the condenser has been repaired. That on 24th March 2017 when I turned on my AC for the first time after the repair, it was not cooling and accordingly I raised a complaint with the Samsung helpline. On 26th March 2017 A service engineer was sent to my residence and after inspection of my AC he intimated me that the outdoor condenser unit might still have leakage has not been fixed and requires replacement as it's well within warranty period, so I requested the AC to be picked up again by the workshop and my outdoor condenser unit be replaced immediately along with repairing of any other anomalies in the air conditioner as my warranty is to expire on 5th day of April 2017. That the workshop is still delaying the process of fixing my air conditioner which I think might be intentional, so that my warranty expires . under the aforementioned circumstances it is humbly requested to take immediate necessary action for repair of my air conditioner at the earliest and within my warranty period to avoid complications.
