Sir,

1 It is intimated that i, Shashi Ahmed Khan purchased a double door refrigerator form E ZONE, Allahabad in May 2016. Model No RT-28K 308359/NL S NO OA 5T4ZAH400652R. I lodge a complaint against my refrigerator that moisture and dent came on both side of refrigerator. last seven months i am suffering and company is not taking any action for replacement of refrigerator complaint reference as under :-

3 The technician and engineer visited several times and confirmed that refrigerator is not repairable and job card also mentioned in present of mine, but Allahabad service center misguide the Samsung care that individual refuse for repair . the engineer confirmed me that refrigerator is not repairable.

4 You are requested to take the action and solve my problem and replace the refrigerator
