[Resolved] Samsung India — Denying my right to get a free tumi cover on Galaxy S8 Plus | |||
I am unable to generate tumi cover redeem code as pop up is not coming in my galaxy app 1.) Date of purchase :- 10th Of May 2017 2.) Date of activation :- 15h May 2017 3.) Date of registration on my galaxy application :- 15th May 2017 4.) IMEI Number:- [protected] & [protected] 5.) Registered contact number:- [protected] 6.) Invoice copy:- PFA Invoice copy Note:- Your Samsung representative has not given the demo when we have taken the phone.So what happened I have restored my phone from my S7 Edge backup which is having my galaxy registration with [protected].Used my sim [protected] to activate my S8 Plus.So like this My galaxy app registered with [protected] number and phone has been activated with [protected].Its not my fault as no body has told me to how to use my galaxy app, when we buy high end phone like S8 Plus Samsung representative has to give us demo.It not happened in my case.In panic I factory resetted the phone again tried to register with my other number [protected].It all happened due to no knowledge of how to use mygalaxy app.So consider this as special case as I'm a Samsung die hard fan and give me my TUMI Case which is my right. Oct 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing has happened.Finally I have been forced to sell the mobile.Its horrible and company never cared for its customer. Today I received a reply from Samsung India Representative which itself shows that they least bother about its loyal customers.I have attached screen shot of that reply.
My reply to this attached mail is as follows
Dear Ma'am,
But who is here to blame? Your representative should have told me to how to activate it?
Your representative has not given any demo then why you are telling that I have not followed TNCs?
I will not accept this Explanation at any cost.Since I'm a genuine buyer I have to get my Tumi free cover which is my right.
You can't simply deny my right by saying that I have not followed TNCs.
Ask your representative why he has not educated its customers about TNCs?
So I reject your silly explanations out rightly and if you are not giving me my free Tumi cover which is my right then take back your mobile and refund my full money without delay?
Failing to which I will proceed legally.
