I have purchased 280 lters refrigerator samsung make from pai electronics Bangalore. Damage which is not visible in front view inside the refrigerator. Now it is over 2 months when cleaing the refrigerator we notice the damage inside the refrigerator. We complaint to the company. The service engieers visited the our place and refused to accept pre-purchase damage. No one can identifythe damage easily. This type of branded product company can not sell the damaged product. Dealer pai international was fooled us by selling damaged product. They might have purchased rejcted goods and sold through show room in actual price. They might have obtained half price. Now we do not know whether product manufacturer will take resposiblity of the product or dealer. Who sold the product.
