This is really pathetic for brand like Samsung that from there own e-store they are not able to delivered the product on time and customer care making stupid excuse. I ordered one bluetooth device from samsung e-store on 08-Nov-2013 when it was showing in stock in website via order no[protected] and it was promised as per policies that It will delivered within 7 working days but till today 18-Nov-2013 my product is not dispatched. I called many time in customer care and they start giving excuse that product is not in stock whereas product show in stock everytime when I check. It is really shame for brand like samsung which having large share in consumer good into india market. Please have a look into this asap else I will file case in consumer court soon..
