[Resolved] Samsung India — Exorbitant service charge demands by authorised centre within warranty period | |||||
I brought one J-2 mobile, priced Rs.8500/- from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata which was stopped working within 9 months .After giving it to Authorised Samsung service Centre, Nager bazar, Kolkata, W.B .Ms Rimpa Ghosh called me up after 7 days and asked me to pay Rs. 8740/- for changing Display screen and Mother board . The person named Rimpa Ghosh (her phone no: [protected] ) lied that Display Screen of my phone was broken which is false because it was guarded by Tampered glass and regarding dead Mother board, truly I don’t have any idea. But my question is what Samsung’s warranty is? Is this the Service of Samsung? When I enquired, she fumbled and told me to visit Centre. Waiting for your reply.
