[Resolved] Samsung India — gear s3 frontier smartwatch | |||
Hello samsung, Recently i have purchased a samsung gear s3 frontier smartwatch. It’s been just 2 months, now it has hardware defects like the heating issue, not getting charged, quick battery drain issue.in fact, the issue has been started within a month, from the date of purchase. So i have contacted the samsung customer care and logged a ticket. But they have redirected me to the anna nagar service center. Also, i went there as per the customer care’s advice but that customer service is not dealing with the smartwatches. Then, for what reason i have been redirected to that service center? Secondly, after visiting that service center they again redirecting me to another service center (Valluvor kottam branch). I’m not jobless to play hide and seek games now. Also, i don’t know how do i replace my defective product (Gear s3). I want it to be replaced as soon as possible. If you guys can’t help me out, please tell me directly so that i can resolve the issue legally. Was this information helpful? | |||
