Samsung has its brand image globally for the quality and services too. Today i am the victim who is suffering with both bad quality product and service.
I bought samsung fully automatic washing machine top load in oct 2013 and its not even four years and i had to replace three main parts of thw machine
Pullgator in may[protected] rs
Motor in july 2017
Pcb (Technician mentioned this name) — both 6500 rs
In three years i need to spend 9500 rs on replacement of the part which is more than half of the cost of the machine,. I mean what quality are we talking about. Not only that i have gone through horrible times of servicing.
I have launched complain on 2nd july. The technician has taken the part (Pcb) saying that it will replaced in one to two days time. Inspite of lot of follow up with engineer and service centre i was not getting any satisfying reply other than part not available. Not even once i got call from service centre to update.
On 13th july i got call from service centre saying not only pcb even motor also need to be replaced while that was not told by the first engineer.
Its not only fooling the customer but also making maoney from customer,
I had to struggle a lot for 13 days without machine and till date no solution
