In waranty period, samsung refused to provide the service of mobile with no charges, we are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of samsung, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously. So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile without any charges and compensate me for irresoponsible and negligence in service of samsung immediate.
