Dear Sir,

yesterday collected our hand set Unfortunately after 1 day o[censored]se I am still facing the same issue i am very disappointed your service but at the time battery got discharge without use 40%.

My 2nd Reference no [protected] close without my satisfaction.

i am purchase 2 handset same model but 1 is working fine but 2nd are not working.how many time visit to service center but service center reset the phone and saying this is working ok

As per request to you kindly arrange the remote app and checking the same than problem find the same.

So as per request to you kindly resolve the issue.
