[Resolved] Samsung India — J7 prime | |||||
I've bought a samsung j7 prime with insurance. Its been a 4 or 5 months and its display got a crack in accident and i've applied for insurance and now its been a month but there is no response form the company they have taken my originals copy of invoice and all i need serious action against it or else it would be so serious. I've been turning around the bigc store near to me there is no proper response if thi continues i would seriously take action against the bigc conpany. Though it is the matter of some 5000 rs but the trust issue maters worst service i would never get back to bigc or suggest it to anyone Was this information helpful? | |||||
