[protected] dt. 27/6/17 Call completed in samsung portal - https://cybersvc2.samsungcsportal.com/in/history/without_search_request as repair completed Paid Rs. 18000 advance on 27/6/17. Not able to confirm when the tech will visit with part. Horrible thing is the job is completed in system without actually repairing. I want to know when my the set would be repaired...
