Samsung India — Lcd tv power board problem | |||
Samsung lcd tv was brought on 09.01.2010. Now tv has board problem. We made a complaint ([protected]) through customer care. Mr vishnu (Contact [protected]) addressed the complaint and he told power board problem and need to be replaced. And later he says that they have stopped power board for lcd tv la26b450. So we are left with the option to change tv. Is only 6 years the lifetime of tv?? Please respond us as soon as possible. Samsung — Unusual sound & continous supply ( i.e. auto cut is out of order )
attaching scan copy of invoice . regarding my complaints, very poor response & none is entertaining .
Samsung — Refrigerator / Fridge fan cooling not happening.

Contacted local service center the reply was to register the complaint on toll free number . Tried 2-3 times but could not be successful.
