[Resolved] Samsung India — led tv | |||||
I am writing this complain with extreme disappointment. The after sales service of samsung led televisions is pathetic and horrible in india. My led televison was not working properly and hence i took the service of samsung service centre to repair my led t. V. They took rs 8, 235 from me for a t. V whose value is 11000 in the market right now. The t. V it worked for 3 hrs and it stopped working. I have lodged the complain to the customer service of samsung since 15th september and i have called them 100 times but they are not resolving my issue. I want my money to be returned back to me if my led tv cannot be repaired. It is my hard earned money otherwise i will be taking legal action against samsung and i will sue samsung in the consumer court and i am very serious about it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
