I have purchased one samsung 43 inch samsung led tv (43k5002) on 21st sep 2016 and it stopped working on 27th may 2016. I have raised one complaint with samsung (#: [protected]) and till date the complaint is not rectified from samsung and i am not able to view my favorite shows
I have called samsung service center many times and wasted my valuable time and energy speaking to many executives. Later i have been told by a customer service team leader (Call with samsung customer care on 22nd jun @ 8:30 pm) that i brought a sub-standard tv model which samsung wont recommend to customers.
Sir my question is if it’s a sub-standard model and parts are not available then why the same has been sold to me through a samsung dealer. Now i am facing below issues from a “reputed company like samsung”
A) purchased a tv which is sub-standard as per your own standards
B) absolutely no service support from your customer care center
C) parts availability issue (I will face more issues as time goes; your own service center has confirmed that being a product not sale-able in this country service as well as spare parts support are not available even if your service center intent for such parts it has to be specially manufactured and imported from different countries)
D) no after sales service
E) when your service support center is contacted no proper answer or assurance was given to me as a customer.
I view of the above i am made to understand that i had purchased a sub-standard product with no performance warranty from your company. My request is to either replace the above faulty product with a new performing model of same size or reimburse the money paid by me for the above product.
In fact my call with one mr pramod. [protected]@partner. Samsumg was heart breaking. Samsung should understand that indian customers paid their hard earned money to buy this product and they should treat customers fairly Was this information helpful? |
