Have purchased samsun 7 series uhd in month of june 19 Suddenly when i switched on it on 10th june a broken line was showing on screen. I lodge the complaint immediately to samsung complaint centre. Then your engineer visited at home on 11th june and told that this is due to physical damage and you required to pay the screen cost and it will be replaced within 3-4 days... And pressurized for advance... I will pay him advance, through imps i paid the advance to him...in between 5 days i called him approx 10 times when call them he always said that your advance money is not cleared by a/c department.. Then i call him on wednesday the position was same... Is it possible in current banking scenario that imps will take 6 days to credit. And call centre told me need not worry we contact u in 48 hours,, no one called me Then friday on 18th june he finally came with a broken screen and this screen is also broken.. And said we will order it today and day after tomorrow we will change it... But still no answer received by samsung And when i contacted to call centre on 21.10.2019 they assured me that engineer will visit on 22.10.2019. And today when i call service center they are not able to come today.. I want to ask you this your sales after service? How the screen broked, when i wasn’t in the city? Why u people are making fools to customer? When i call to ur toll free no why the assistant are talking rudly and alway saying to wait for 48 hrs Was this information helpful? | |
