Samsung India — Manufacturing defect

I don't know what you people are doing.
I was complained more than 10 days still not getting any resolution on that. Give me the reason in that.
I want replace on my mobile or with warranty service ready to my mobile
I talk to your customer care people they told me get back to me. We forwared this case concern team that will directly call me. But still not getting any such calls.
I don't know why you peole are does not give satisfactory to cusromers

I have a samsung galaxy tab A it has a problem in the sim card slot only and it is under warrenty but they refused to changed it and they will charged it for 100000 this is the cost of sim card slot .i am unable to pay 10000 for this service and my tablet is under warranty .so kindly resolve my problem.
