[Resolved] Samsung India — Microwave oven in faulty condition not being serviced | |||
I have been raising complaint with the company to service the oven installed in my home. I first raised the issue on 31.08.2016 for which i received a service request nos. No service personnel turned up. I again raised request in September and yet again no one turned up. Instead they closed the call Stating "Number not reachable"/ "No one found at home". All these are false as they never tried connecting with me nor did they visited our apartment. I again raised a complaint regarding the same and was assigned a person along with his contact number. This time i called him up to schedule the visit but he denied getting any such service request. He asked me to contact whoever I can to get the service done as he wont be doing it and shall be closing the request again with some other false explanation. Was this information helpful? | |||
