Samsung India — mis behalf in service centre | |||
Hi. My self vikash jaiswal i have a problem in my mobile i submit my to rs enterprise (Agarwa balua gumti). I submit my on 5agust then after 4 days service centre call me your mobile is repair then after 2 days i will go to service centre for mobile. Counter number 5 person say ur bill is 7841.00 then i will give money to counter number 5 person after two min hee give receipt. Then i say give my mobile then he give i on my mobile my battery is 1 percent. Then say sir plz check mobile. He say go to home charge your mobile because is in good condition but i doesn't go i charge mobile in service centre but after 2 min always mobile low. Then go to counter number 5 hee say some folt in mobile. U deposit mobile after 2 days u take mobile. Then i say return my money. Then ur counter number 5 person say u ar illetred ha say like gali.
