Respected manager and director of samsung india ltd. I regularly use samsung product and i am very satisfied with his service. On 2 june 2017 i purchased samsung galaxy j5 prime some of reason on the left side minor scratch come. Due to this the voice and fingerprint are not working. I go to service center he immediately told me that 1st you pay 4000 to new body then repair. I can't believe that kind of service samsung provide.
