Samsung India — Mobile given for repair on 07.09.16 but as per samsung service centre parts not available till date | |||||
Sir, I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy J2 on 07.02.16 and it become dead on 02.09.16. I have given it for servicing in Durgapur Samsung Service centre Address: "A-6, Nandalal Bithi Central PA, Durgapur- 713216" on 07.09.16 & they told me they will resolve the issue. After every 3 days of my visit to service centre they are replying still parts not available pls. come after 7 days. But it now 17 days over & they are replying every time the part is not available. Even today they called call after 2 weeks for availability of parts. I request you to solve the issue at earliest as this issue is going for more then one month.
