Pathetic phone. Always facing network issues in sim slot 1 and visited samsung service center 15 times in last 3 months however not getting proper solution. Also i sent mail to ms silveria sitting at samsung head office gurgaon, but not getting proper solutions. Request for your support to resolved my problem by changing handset or returned phone by giving money back of rs 18500/- I rated to this phone is zero rating. Also i personally suggested everyone to don't buy any samsung phone to avoid future problems. Was this information helpful? | |||

Got 1year Warenty for display but customer care were argue with us you have to pay another time.
I will pay 6000 for samsung A7 2016 model.
