We had a samsung handset j2. Few days ago display of that handset was broken. We placed it with nearest samsung service centre at katwa subodhsmriti road. They charged rs.2800 (App) and returned handset saying that's ok.
after coming home handset was found hang with no key working. We again went to them. They said it is system problem and charged rs.280 (App) for software repair. It is mentioned that before the set been broken no system/software problem was there.
however, again after coming home the same problem continued as hung with malfunctioning of keys. Again we went to them. They misbehaved with rough manner forgetting how to talk with female customer. But one of them took my handset for repair. The handset was returned on next day saying same as that's ok.

complain has been lodged with your customer care executive vide docket no. [protected] dt 29.08.19 and vide no.[protected] dt 30.8.19. Online chat was also made. But all of them said that complain has been escalated and higher authority will talk regarding the matter.
On 31.08.2019 a sms has been received from sender md-samccc saying “thank you for contacting samsung. We hope your query was answered satisfactorily. For future reference3 kindly quote [protected] at 180040-samsung[protected]”. It is not clear what is the drama being played behind the curtain.
• what is the cause of misbehaving with female customer and who will be liable for this?
• what will be the ultimate result for our handset which has been damaged by your unskilled technicians?
• who is to be held responsible for such incidents?
• does it not mean that our time has no value?
• is such incident not diminishing the goodwill of samsung brand?
• after you, to whom do we further inform the fact for solution?
We expect timely and practical step will be taken by samsung administration.
