[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile j7 | |||||
I purchased my j7 mobile on 25th January 2016. The internal display of my mobile got damage. on 03rd September i visited the customer care of Samsung. my mobile is still in a warranty period in spite of that they asked me for 6100 rs. to repair the screen. whatsoever i deposited advance of about 1000 rs. but still they haven't repaired my mobile. Samsung customer care is saying now we can't repair your mobile, we have no spare parts available of samsung j7, take your mobile and get lost . plzzz suggest me what to do now.
