Sir, My Samsung Mobile Model No.GT-S5360 purchased 3 years back and no billor paticularrs availabvle, My complaint is my i am not able to Charging my Mobile with my Best ERD Charger. i have tried my best to charge and my Mobile is not ncdharging. Also i wish to point out therebius noi poroblemwith ot her parts/manus excepoy Charging problem. I have approched Samsung Customerr Care and explained to them my problem. They told me to approch to HIGH TECK/Anna Nsagar and it ius far awqay from my place and i am a Senior Citizen aged 81Years so i havr approched one M/s.AMAR TELECOM/Perambur/Chennai-11 whiuch is near to me i have contacted and told my problem and they have given " Customer IUnformation Slip" No:975 dt 07/04/2017. MY humble request is inless the moibile inseide CIRCUT properly checked my poroblem will not be solved I sincerly hopr you will look into this and please do the needful.
