[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile phone | |||
I am using mobile handset a5 and there was an issue of sim tray. The same was sent to the the company's authorised service center located in nit faridabad. My set is in warrantee. After three days i received the phone back after sim tray repair but mike was missing. Again i sent it back and it again took two more days and after getting the mike repaired i received back the mobile handset. But when i plugged it for charging the phone was taking too long to charge. There was a charging issue. I again sent back the same to the authorised center. Again after three days i received back the set but to my surprise the set was not reassembled properly. The scree from one side was coming out. Initially there was only one problem that too was of sim tray but after sending it to the service center so many problems cropped up. If this is the situation of services being offered no one is going to purchase the samsung phone. Although now a days company is struggling with battery issue. its really a harassment to me. todays its almost a month have passed that my instrument has not returned to me and is with service center. should i donate this to samsung. should i forget this set.
