Sir/ madam,
I purchased a 2 door refrigerator in october, 2016. Ice is logging in bottom section. I called your customer care on 10th july, 2017. They suggested me something. I followed that, but did not work to solve my problem. So, i called again to your customer care on 15th or 16th july and request him to send a technician/service engineer. I got a message, listing that my product request number is [protected] at 8.15 am on 17th july. At 12.37 pm again i got a message saying that service engineer sachin, contact[protected] has been assigned. A call was recieved fron nashik canter on 19th july. They asked me about the problem and said that someone would reach at my place soon. But no one had come. After 2 days on 21st july i called to the above number. A returned call was received. A person said to switch off the machine prior so that he can check. We did it. But after 2 days i realized they are just lingering the matter and no one is serious about the topic. I cant leave my food to be wasted. So, i switched it on. Till that time i called twice to customer care. Everyone assured us that within 24 hours the problem would be resolved. But sorry to say that till now no one has visited us. On 24th july again i called yor customer care. They promised me and repeat the same thing. Still i request him to take complaint against nashik service center. But he refused. I called on 26th july. He gave me another reference number [protected]. But surprisingly i got to know that according to your database nashik service center's person has already visited us. Kindly look into the matter so that we can trust on a brand name samsung.
