[Resolved] Samsung India — My samsung refrigerator not working properly since last six months | |||
I am a samsung customer having lot of samsung products in my house but till now there is no complaint except my refrigerator which i have purchased 4 yrs back which is creating lot of problem. I have logged a complaint to your customer care number & the technician has visited so many times to my place but he is unable to locate the exact problem. Since last six months we have changed 3 parts ie pcb board, defrost sensor & door switch but till today there is absolutely no cooling, water does not get accumulated in the tray down close to the compressor, defrosting problem, side walls of the refrigerator does not get heated & some noise is noticed from back side of the refrigerator. I hope you can understand my problem & suggest me some solution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
