Samsung India — My TV could not be repaired after a number of complaints on toll free number | |||||
My 29 inch CRTV is not working. I have registered complaints many times on call centre no [protected] but my problem still could not be resolved. Complaints no [protected] dated 28.8.2016 [protected] dated 13.8.2016 [protected] dated 3.7.2016 [protected] dated 19.6.2016 [protected] dated 9.3.2016 Today I surprised to know that my previous complaint ticket closed since I denied to pay service charges. Its looks like I am a mad & I have purchased all my samsung gadgets free of cost & all services further shall be free of cost. Its totally rediculous. My previous tickets closed due to similar reason that I have not confirmed the estimate given by his engineer BRIJ kishor. Whereas he have never contacted me physically or telephonically. Last time I requested to allot the job to other engineer. I am not able to know the reasons why after a lapse of more than 6 months my problem could not be resolved. I have more than a dozen of Samsung & other gadgets but I never faced such type of problem. Please resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
