[Resolved] Samsung India — New samsung s7 edge purchase | |||
Hello, This is regarding my new samsung s7 edge i purchsed in may 2017. I am facing many issues in the phone. - i cant make any internet call without restarting my phone. Every time i have to restart it if i want to do call. E. G whatsapp calling. - i cannot see any video stored in my phone without restarting my phone and everytime gets error - failed to load. Video, unknown error. - i cannot watch any video on you tube or facebook without restarting my phone. It just stuck at video and does not start. - my phond goes to silent at its own and i dont know whether i am getting any call or message. Everytime i have to adjust sound setting to make sure this is not silent. I request to. Please address this on priority as this is extremely irritating and frustrating and that too with a brand like samsung who is at top in market. Thanks, Vikas Was this information helpful? | |||
