Samsung India — No action on my complaints | |||||
This has been a heart break knowing that even after my regular complaints to consumer forum Allahabad against Samsung service center to whom i submitted my phone for charging related issue on 11th April and they made my phone faulty and are refusing to repair it. Complaint of this matter to service center Manager added misery to me as he misbehaved. I took my complaint to Samsung customer care and they gave me assurance that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours and its has been more than 2 weeks and no action has been taken. The only option i was left with was CONSUMER FORUM, but their ignorant attitude has only rubbed salt on my wounds. Was this information helpful? | |||||
