[Resolved] Samsung India — No response to complaint | |
Sir Ince january i had a problem with speakers and camera of samsung a8. So i went to samsung service centre (Laxmi nagar) in feburary amd got my problem resolved. While they were reparing my phone its screen came out which they pasted with some glue and it came out after 2 days when i went to them they gave me the old job sheet and told me that some part is broken and i will have to pay 1200 rs but i told them it was their mistake and earlier also i had a talk to customer care people. I made customer care talk to service centre but they refused to tell the name Its been more than 15 days my complaint is pending with customer care for 1. Wrong job sheet (Gave me order one) 2. They didnt repared my screen, while sticking my screen with glue they harmed my phone receiver 3. Rude tone of service centre people 4. My screen came out.
