Samsung India — No support from customer care and service representative | |||
I made a request through phone call on the customer care number on[protected] evening time. The request was that No volume coming from the Samsung TV model no SLIM DNIE Jr. Request number is generated as [protected]. Customer care representative assures to resolve the issue on next day i.e[protected] by sending service engineer by morning 8:00 AM but i have not recieved any call till mid noon. I again requested to customer care again he assure same that service engineer will visit shortly by today but no visit till 3:00 PM. Again i requested to customer care for the same then he told that this request is on high priority so it will be resolve soonly. Then finally i recieved a call from [protected] but he replied that today it will not be possible at any cost and he told that he will visit tomorrow. These type of responces are not good for any customer and i can say its very bad customer support from the customer care representative.
