[Resolved] Samsung India — Non functioning of washing machine

I have purchased samsung f/l washing machine at vasanth & co. Purasaiwalkam branch chennai on 11/06/2017 vide bill no.[protected]. - model no. Wa70m4000hp/tl-slno.03vk5pbj601827. The samsung service engineer called at my house on 12/07/2017 and opened the box and kept the washing machine in the floor. As there is no sufficient washing machine hose in the box, the installation not done on 12/07/2017. The service engineer told me that the machine would be function after the fixing of length washing machine hose tomorrow i. E.13/07/2017 but he obtained my signature in all forms on 12/07/2017. I regret to note that even after fixing the sufficient length hose, the function of 'washing' not working.
