Sir,
I placed an order No.[protected] online with Samsung India Mobile division on 29 June 2017. The copy of the order is attached to this email. On placing the order the website said that the goods will be delivered in 2 to 4 business working days. However, today is 6 July 2017 and nothing has been couriered by the company nor have I received any tracking number from Samsung.
On speaking to the customer care on 03 July 2017 they said that because of the new pricing issues because of GST their ware houses were closed from 30 June 17 to 02 June 17.
On contacting them today i.e. 06 July 17 they said that matter was escalated to some higher authority for which I have not yet received any record and that they are requesting 4 more business working days fro the product to be dispatched.
The saddest part is that if you try to go to www.shop.samsung.com the website is not reachable.
What should I do?
