Samsung has been harassing us by denying to replace our faulty tv by using their crook technician who have agreed at our home that tv is faulty and on conference call he deflected. We have shared enough vedios captured to prove the defect in tv but no resolution still.
It's been more than 10 days since we raised complaints but we got only excuse to remain calm.
We have sent mail to service head samsung, other customer support email but no solution.
They have used our money and i felt cheated. No body will take the pain of replacing a brand new tv if not faulty.
Please helpe to get my refund as they are not replacing the tv.
