Hi team,
I am a i phone user earlier so last year i switch to sanmsaung note 5,
While useing this phone i was very satisfied with feature and camera and all the things which have in my note 5, but there is some meager issue going on with customer services i believe..
1st incidence my note 5 display got broken with light pressure and it costed me 10600. I repaired from saumsung serves center which is located in sion bt verry bad customer handing and respond given by then.. So till now it costed me for rs 51000+10600=61600.
2nd incidence after using 4 months only it again got damage not i signal broken aria seems on tha display. I went to same gallery told them every think they are saying its not covering under warranty they have given only 3 month warranty.. What is the use of my phone now.. They said u have to spend 10600 again for display which is ridicules.. Because if i will replace diplay again it will cost me =51000+10600+10600=72200.
So what is the use of westing so much of money in return you people not proving any warranty garrany or replacement.in this campier to i pone has give me new phone only bcs charging socket was networking for that.. And in samsung m not geeting proper compensation.. No replacement not proper customer handling nothing.. At the end ma phone is lokend in cabbet with no use..
I have ma youtube channel i have recorded the respons and replay from them.
So will make a video on my experience with note 5.. And customer survives provided by them and will spred as much as possible..
N i will make sure at least it will not happend again with any one.
I have more then 3000friends on fb.
On youtube have more 300k people.
