[Resolved] Samsung India — order #[protected] mobile s9 plus | |||||
Hi Samsung Team, My Order #[protected] I placed order on 2nd July for Samsung S9 Plus (coral Blue). Next morning before shipment i requested to change the color of mobile handset from Blue to BLACK. Now i keep calling Customer care but they do not have correct information about the status of shipment they asking every time to wait for next 48 hours for the update. This is ridiculous and unfriendly services and process of Samsung which kept me waiting forever without any status of shipment. I also requested to escalate the matter to next level for faster solution but The customer care told me that we have already escalated to highest level but we have no solution as of now on 10-July-2018. This is new purchase and delivery in Delhi. You can see the level of Samsung service delivery in Delhi itself. What we expect other part of India from Samsung.
