[Resolved] Samsung India — Pathetic service from samsung centre cmh road bangalore | |||||
I submitted my phone to samsung authorised service centre (Cmh road, indiranagar, near paradise hotel bangalore) as its power button was compressed down for which i couldn't restart my phone. They made me to replace the lcd saying that power button is broken. When i collected my phone i was just handed over the old part also. When i checked the power button on the old part it was working all good. I don't know own for reason i just paid 14121/- rs. I need my phone to be again replaced with the old lcd and full money refund should be done. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had given my mobile to Samsung service center for changing its screen.phone was in working condition but I got it back unrepaired n in dead conditionand mother board is missing...I m sure they hv taken out my working mother board..
