[Resolved] Samsung India — Poor product and Worst After Sale service. | |||
Bought Samsung AC in March'2016 .Its compressor has already gone bad and stopped functioning just after the 1 year warranty is over. Very poor quality product. Since the compressor is under 5 year warranty i expect it to be replaced asap but your customer care and technicians are non responsive . I am very very disappointed by the product as well as after sale services. If this issue isn't solved asap, i will stop buying any samsung product henceforth and even encourage my friends and colleagues to go for a different brand. I had also contacted the samsung customer care for service for AC service, the technician din't show up till the free service date expired.
