The problem with my mobile set (Model - sm-a700fzkgins) was - when i was calling someone, the ringtone inside my mobile was coming blunt (Seems there is defect in the speaker either by parts or loosening); i was not being able to hear properly when conversing with others. I deposited my mobile at authorized service centre at babli media centre, garia, kolkata - 700047 on 18.06.2018, vide bill no.-[protected]. Upon repair, when i went to collect the same, it was found totally discharged. Again after charging for 10 min, the same was being tried, but after 1 min, it got discharged again, hence could not be checked. Then i waited for longer time to get it properly charged. When i checked the set, i found the same problem was still persisting. When approached the service centre boy, he denied. So i had no alternative but to leave the set with service centre. Till date, they have not called me back to collect the same. It is a harassment and also waste of my time, which is highly objectionable & may approach to consumer forum if not answered satisfactorily with next 24 hrs. Was this information helpful? |
