[Resolved] Samsung India — Problem in newly purchased samsung mobile | |||
Dear sir /madam This is complaint about the mobile I purchased last month. But after using this mobile for about 1 and half month it started doing problem. It's fast charging system is not working and also 13 mp camera is not clicking the images upto that Mark pixels. I have get it checked to Samsung care, they are saying me to submit the mobile for 4 days so as to repair it. But I want the replacement of this phone. I don't want this device to get repaired so early. You are requested to pls solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
