[Resolved] Samsung India — product and service issue | |||
Here is what happened: We purchased WW60M204K0S Front Loading with Smart Check & Touch LED Panel 6.0Kg WW60M204K0S on[protected] at Veejay world of Electronics, Anantapur. From the date of purchase to 3 months it works fine after 3 months we started facing problems with this product continuously. So many times we contacted the service team and got serviced even though again and again, we are facing the problems with this product. The problems are 1. Continuously 4C error even though sufficient water available. 2. Sticks at a particular time even after 1hr it on that same time 3. Heavy noise from the machine The very worst product from the Samsung . worssssstttttttttttttttttttttttttttt product and worsststttttttttttttt service Below are the attachments regarding bill and customer satisfaction rating on Samsung services.
