Samsung India — Product fault | |||
Purchased a cellphone samsung j5. And within 7 months the screen turned all black, nothing could be seen. Took it to the service center for chekup as it is under waranty they should have made a replace or changed the screen without any charge. But they said it is a damage made from my side and i need to pay. No water leckage in the cellphone nor the screen was cracked by which this colud have happned. It was due to some pasting that came off from behind the screen, which i should not be blamed for. But none was heard and i was refused for the change and no waranty will be given.
