[Resolved] Samsung India — Product not repair under warranty | |||
Sir, This phone is under warranty and still 3 moths remains. Back key led is not blinking so I have called to customer care executive two time and I follow all the steps what they said, even they have control m, y phone with smart tutor and didn't do anything. At the end they said go to service center and now they tell this phone's screen, battery, circuit will have to be change, then what remains to not to be changed? What executive said it is not as per Samsung terms and condition to be cover so you will have to paid and if I pay all these charges then it reach to 28000, I want to ask what is meaning meaning of such warranty and why you people give warranty? and cheats the people. whenever my any phone has been saw to Samsung they always find fault of customer, not Samsung anytime. Now they tell water has gone into the phone, but they will not say it is defect of the item, and by the way you people also say it is water resistance phone?
