Hello team, i bought this tv in the month of jul'17 with 1 (Normal)+2 (Display) years warranty and same was communicated to me verbally and when i call to customer care, it was confirmed from them also. I have started facing the issue in my tv with white lines on the screen from past 3 months and when i got a chance to raise the issue with samsung it was out of warranty and service engineer visited at my place and told it will be on chargeable basis and when i have raised this concern to their higher management, they said they will provide 20% discount on 15725. My point here is how the product can failed within 3 years and that is to be main component of the part is got failed (Display panel) when engineer visited to our place and he said it is got failed because o[censored]sage and when we checked the usage it was showing 1168hrs that means 1 hour a day. This is a mfg defect issue in which tv got failed within 3 years after using only 1 hour a day. I am looking for replacement or refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
