[Resolved] Samsung India — Purchase AC but not providing installation | |||
I purchased samsung ac on 30th march 2017, while purchasing the same they gave assurance for the ac installation on the 2 days later based on our request i. E on 1st april 2017.ac has not been installed up to now since i made lot of request, every time they gave me fake promises to wait for the next and next days.. Every day i make a call to them and request them to install the ac but they say the same thing that you will get a call.. It will be done asap.. But neither i get call nor ac has been installed.. When i got tired to call them i visited to the store from where i purchased the ac (Bajaj electronics, uppal hyderabad), they are also giving us the false and fake promises then finally i had to post the same problem here..
