Samsung India — Purchased macro ovum, complaint the, customer care one month is over but no response | |||
Hi, I purchased macro from samsung showroom and within one year, its roller ring is having problem, in auto setup it has melted. Module no - ce1041dfb1 Serial no - 0815700ff8021834 Request no - [protected] Date - 06/04/16 8:34am Now, i tried so many times but no response, just they provide the engineer number and if call them they ignore and disconnect the call. Sometimes, they talked rudely, just like a i am begging. The macro (Ovam for cooking) is in guarantee period but i think they are cheating and i am not sure about the product, they provide us 3 years warranty but now, they are herashing and time consuming. Last time, complain regarding this issue, called Customer care and promised to be resolved. Still didn't resolve it. Service center guys called me and asked money to replace the parts. Even it is guarantee period and because of auto cut system failed the parts has been damaged.
Now, requesting you to please resolve issue asap.
